I was looking through some pics from my local auto salvage yard, and think about how I want to some day build a rat rod. So which one would you take home, and build.
I take the Blue Willys for some reason I think a rat rod Willys would be awesome.
not rad rod territory but still just so pretty, she just needs a good home.

Man, that Eldorado. I wouldn't go rat rod, I'd go lowrider.

I'd take the Caddy.. is it a '61 or a '62? anyway, I'd take that..
Edit: took a closer look... seems like a '63.

I wonder how tires this size would respond to high HP. Probably not very well...

now imagine that with the patina this one has, slammed with a big hemi, a 4 on the floor, and long tube headers coming out of those fenders(if there isn;t room i'll just mover the front axle forward WORTH IT)

Plymoth had such a wild style to there designs in the late 50's and early 60's. You just have to love them for it.
that why one of my dream cars is a 66 Baraccuda. I like the newer font end better
To ma the Baraccuda is one of the BEST looking American compact cars ever made.

Sure there's room for the headers.

I would build that Corvair because they are cheap to build and are pretty light.
